I can vouch for the accuracy of their orders. We order from them frequently and have never had a problem that was due to iherb.  The only problem was when a package was damaged in transit, it looked like the prong on a forklift had been shoved through one side of the parcel. Two items were missing and iherb refunded me for both even though it was not their fault.

It was a little of iherb, and now I tell you about the mask, which I am very pleased.

When removed protective foil, I was surprised! I expected more traditional mask, and there green substance) chopped grass and berries. It has a wonderful herbal smell ( but might be unpleasant for some). Bits of tea leaves flake off your face if you let it dry on your skin.
It's doing what it promises - detoxifies skin, takes away excess oil without stripping out essential moisture from your skin.

Just after one use, my skin is soft, looks more fresh and is definitely smoother! Great product!!!
